Registration Events Terms and Conditions

The Joe Henderson - State of the Tenor, Vol. 2 LP Test Pressing registration event (“Registration Event”) begins at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 6/3/26, and ends at 12:00:00 PM ET on 6/5/26  (“Registration Period”). All registrations must be submitted prior to the end of the Registration Period. Registration Event is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older (the “Registrant”).To register for the opportunity to purchase one (1) of the two (2) Joe Henderson - State of the Tenor, Vol. 2 LP Test Pressings on vinyl (“Product”), visit store.bluenote.com and follow all onscreen instructions to complete the mandatory fields on the registration form and click “submit” during the Registration Period.

If you are one (1) of the two (2) Registrants randomly selected and notified to purchase the Product, you will receive a notification to purchase email after approximately 12:00:00 PM ET on 6/5/26 with a unique link to purchase the Product, with a unique link to purchase the Product. Each notified Registrant will have one (1) hour from the time the order email is deployed to purchase the Product (“Deadline”). If you do not purchase the Product by the Deadline, your registration will be automatically cancelled, and another Registrant will be notified if there is an available Product to be purchased.

All registrations and purchases are tracked by the Sponsor’s operating system based on a date and time stamp and its results are final and binding. If the unique link to purchase the Product (“link”)   is inactive or received in error by an ineligible Registrant,  such link will be voided and if needed, a new link will be emailed to an eligible Registrant. A links is not transferrable. LIMIT: ONE (1) REGISTRATION PER REGISTRANT/HOUSEHOLD. Odds of being randomly selected depends on the total number of valid registrations received during the Registration Period.

By registering for the opportunity to purchase the Product, you agree and accept the Sponsor has made no warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the product’s fitness to use. Product is subject to manufacturer’s standard warranty, if any.

Employees of Blue Note Records, a division of UMG Recordings, Inc., 1755 Broadway, New York, NY 10019  (the “Sponsor”), Gil Evans  (the “Artist”) and their parent, subsidiary, affiliated or successor companies,  and their advertising, promotional or fulfillment agencies, distributors or suppliers involved in this Registration Event, or any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Registration Event (individually and collectively, the "Released Entities”); nor members of their households or immediate families whether related or not, and all such individuals are not eligible to participate in this Registration Event. Released Entities are not responsible for: (i) any taxes/fees incurred when purchasing Product; (ii) for a third party’s failure to act in accordance with Sponsor’s instructions pertaining to the implementation of the Registration Event; (iii) for any  link that cannot not be activated for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to the eventuality the item is sold out; (iv) for any link that is lost, late, misdirected, and/or returned as undeliverable emails; or (v) for any human or technical errors incurred because of failure to act according to Sponsor’s instructions on managing the Registration Event. Information provided at time of registration from participants will be used for the purposes specified under and in a manner consistent with these Terms and Conditions and is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at: https://privacy.umusic.com. Sponsor does not sell personal information.

Void where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to prevent any Registrant from participating, as well as to seek damages from that Registrant, if they violate these Terms and Conditions, or attempt to cheat and/or engage in any fraudulent behavior. In the event any notified Registrant violates these Terms and Conditions, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify him or her and select and notify an alternate Registrant in its sole discretion. Notified Registrants rights to purchase may not be sold or transferred. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Registrations that have been tampered with or altered, or mass registrations generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. In its absolute discretion, the Sponsor reserves the right terminate the Reservation Event if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus, script, macro or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to fairly conduct the Registration Event) and to select Registrants from among all eligible registrations received prior to termination. LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT A REGISTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THIS REGISRATION EVENT IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
